Bookings

Diary booking text is automatically generated from case database information, and colour highlights identify different types of bookings.

Double bookings are highlighted both at point of entry and visually within the diary and Barrister and clerk notes can be attached to individual diary entries.

Bookings can be transferred between barristers and/or dates using the drag-and-drop or cut-and-paste features.

Diary Views

Members' diaries can be browsed using a Windows point-and-click operation.

The system includes a dynamic year planner with daily, weekly, fortnightly, yearly, 'all-barristers' and 'organiser' views.

Other Features

Other features include the option of selecting barristers by specialism and team, an availability search, and secure access to diary data.
